We got rid of our fish today. With the prices of everything going up and me always broke, it seemed ridiculous to keep dealing with the extra expenses of filters and food and such. For two and a half days I have not been able to get to the gmail web page. Nor have I been able to access the library website, Goodreads, or search anything on Google. I was really frustrated, thinking that something was going crazy with my internet, but because I could get to other pages I decided to try another browser. Why is it that headphones split music up? Does it sound better to have drums in your left ear only and some background vocals in the right, while the rest plays on both sides? I find it really irritating. Because of my hearing loss some songs don't sound right ( Read more... ) -
I feel so sorry for babies right now...
It's been years since I had one of my lower left molars removed, but pieces of bone still remain. And they move. Today one of them decided that it wanted to be free, which can be a slow and painful process. Now I have a sharp fragment of tooth slicing through my gums ( Read more... ) -

I got a notice of rent increase the other day. As if my apartment wasn't crappy enough, now I have to pay more for it? But rent everywhere is getting so high now that it's still one of the cheaper ones... living in a sketchy area with residents that enjoy pulling the fire alarm on occasion is the only way I can afford to live, unfortunately ( Read more... ) -

My apartment is the root of all evil
So, I go into my room last night, about 9:45, and notice that there is water on the carpet in the closet (which is a bit of a hall that leads to my ensuite, not a closed in closet).
