Happy new year to you all! Last night after I got off work, Josh and I went to Little Creek Casino and enjoyed the prime rib buffet, which was effing delicious. We played the slot for awhile and I came out even, and then we went to his aunt and uncle's for a while and chatted with them. The saddest thing.
Today at work, a very elderly woman had to put her (also fairly old, and sick) cat to sleep.
She read her one of our childrens' books about kitty heaven, to tell her about where she was going to go.
It was probably the most heartbreaking moment I've ever witnessed.
