I am going to spend the summer playing Persona 3, avoiding direct sunlight, flushing my kidneys, practicing necromancy, making love in the moonlight, trying to get my friends to take me seriously, looking for work, looking for morphine, talking to you, talking to myself, and trying to stay sane until October.

yep busy busy :-D

Why the necromancy? Though, if it backlashes terribly, at least i'll know who to blame the subsequent zombie apocalypse on.

Getting people to take you seriously is tough business, and i wish you the best of luck in that.

Aside from various writey things (Which involve a lot of crying and marking things with red pens,) I'm going to Chicago for my birthday to meet some old friends, possibly make some new ones, and bother Warren Ellis, Puppet Pals style. Somewhere in this haze we call summer, I'm travelling up to Northern Michigan to begin an oral history of my Mom's side of the family, which is something that I think would be neat, and frankly can't count on anyone else to get done.

Currently Reading: Lamb by Christopher Moore, The Raw Shark Texts by Steven Moore, and the Writers Workshop Notebook by Alan Ziegler

Currently Watching: Dead Like Me season 2, new Doctor Who episodes

Perhaps, for your birthday we will have to get you many tiny tape cassettes, the better to trap the souls o-... i mean, gather the oral history of your family! \o/
