I'm a friend of Marie's. (The one who confused you for her partner when you were watching our IMs and I made that comment about her going on about your 'breathaking beauty' or some such.) *facepalm*
Anyway, I've friended you, and wondered if you would like me on your friends list as well.
d'oh. I just realized that I saw your comment today and friended you back. I was in the middle of moving around the time of your post and lost it in the mix.
Hi, I just saw you in mtf_undressed. I'm moving to Denver soon and I'm interested to know what places/people are "gender-friendly" or just generally open and honest. That's all I have to say for now :) Cheers
I'm actually not in Denver anymore, as I've moved up to Seattle in November. I just updated my profile from that today.
There's an open trans-support group called "Transform" at CU-Boulder. I use to be a part of it and the management has changed, but as their mandate is embracing trans and gender queer issue's they're a great place. Their website is at http://www.colorado.edu/studentgroups/t-form/ It's one good place to make friends, to some degree.
sable_twilight can get you tied into the Auraria Campus GLBT resources. She's a great individual and rather open herself, in many many ways.
That's all I can think of off of the top of my head right now, but I'll add it if I think about it.
