I just watched the Matrix. I tried watching it around the time it first came out on DVD, but Neo's face melted and then Agent Smith put a bug in his stomach. I stopped watching it a little bit later. But Peter persuaded me to give it another try, and let the record show that it was amazing

I had the same reaction to Tank, but then he had to get himself killed. And then, in the Matrix Reloaded (which I've only seen part of), you get The Twins. ♥ And you can kinda see the hot Asian man in the back.

Congratulations on your victory! I've actually seen all of the first Matrix, but the same problem has arisen with the second one: I've only seen about half of it. And it's in the middle, leaning toward the end, I think.

I think the Matrix movies are like the Harry Potter books for me: I see the first one and decide the others aren't worth it. And then I see prettyness, and have to continue. XD

Well, with The Twins there's a more-darkness-please problem, in terms of my liking them. Oh well. I'm planning on watching the other two, even though I've heard the second one is kinda average and the third is all-out bad. It feels wrong to watch only the first of a trilogy.
