Contrary to what the American media would have you believe, this crap is common. It's one of the reasons people here fear government funded health care so much, it's in the county run hospitals that these things happen.

Mr. Hicks mentions people were "mopping around" this woman, and it's true. I couldn't find the surveillance tape- but I saw it when it happened and the janitor was mopping up blood stains around the woman, who was passed out or dead by then.
