This looks very interesting. What sort of examples are you intending to use of web activism projects that have gained significant audiences or achieved their ends?

For what it's worth, the feeling inside the civil service seems to be that the promise that this year would deliver 'the web election' and 'the Obama effect' has not materialised. For all David Cameron's fine words, is he actually going to find what he's looking for online?

It's looking great. Two tips:

a) try not to speak entirely from notes: looking up and making eye contact with the audience gets them on yur side.

b) speak ... much ... more ... slowly ... and ... clearly ... than you think you need to. Practising in front of a mirror may help with that.

Oh, and c) enjoy yourself!
