Been here a lil over a week now. I love it. My new roomate is fabulous. Her name is Jane. I've been very good about my sleep schedule so far. I get up before 9 everyday...usually I am up by 8. This gives me a lot of time before classes on the days when I don't have class until 12:30 or 2, but also gives me just enough time when class begins at 10. ( Read more... )

Well...if all goes as planned I will be leaving Oswego on the 19th and heading on down to Port W. to see/pick up Jon, and then we'll be back in New Paltz on the 21st!! I'm so very excited! I'm feeling a little better. I can't put much into words right now, but I'm feeling better and that's enough for me.

It finally hit me today that I'm not living up to my potential. Now, the question is can I change that...and if I can't...then really what's the point?

I woke up at 8:04 this morning, after having a really weird dream. My parents were convinced that they were going to die in their sleep that night. I was still mad at my dad, but I wanted to make sure that they felt OK about dying so I sat down with them and asked if there was anything they wanted me to do for them after they died. Today I went to the doctor. It wasn't great news. They don't know what is wrong with me and I have to switch which kind of birth control I use. Tommorow I go back to the doctor to ged some blood work done, afterwhich they will tell me my cholesterol is too high and I need to start taking medication for that.
