I'm new to this site and just read a number of your postings. I'm MTF and still in the closet. I yearn for the day when I could actually have the guts to express to my family who I really am.

I am divorced (5 years) and have beautiful children in Mid/HS.

I'm still confused on my orientation moving forward, as I love women. I would love to have a female life-long mate...but as the hormone regimen of the past 3 years is having significant biological effects, it is also playing with me mentally. I have vibrating equipment that simulates (what would be a man)...jeeze, I'm sorry - I'm trying to find the right words to describe my confusion.

Either way, it would be nice to have someone from Michigan to "chat" with. Are you still PreOp? Best wishes to you.

I have a question for you. Where in MI are you? If you're in West Michigan and have a Facebook account go to Own Your Gender. It's a support group for those of us both in and out of the closet. You will find only acceptance there.
