Nursing in the UK

Hey, I have a question for the UK'ers that have gone into nursing.

I was thinking of getting a degree in nursing in the US, getting registered, and moving to the UK. I was wondering, how hard is it to find a job in nursing in the UK? Do you guys do the respiratory stuff too? (Like a respiratory therapist?)

you'd find a job as a nurse in the UK pretty damn quickly I should think. btw, what kind of nursing? child or adult or...?
