NY Times: Swing states are using what appear to be illegal methods to purge voter rolls:

The swing state thing is really concerning, but I'm withholding judgment on ACORN right now. It's important to note that (1) the NV investigation is largely being led by Democratic officials and (2) the deadline to register in NV by mail was over the past weekend, so this shouldn't have any effect on the election, as far as I understand. It's presently unclear as to what's going on, and ACORN has used bad tactics before.

Having said that, the NYT article today scared me.

Have they? It seems like they get talked down a bunch, but I don't necessarily trust the sources doing the talking down.

Me too. Especially the part about Ohio Republicans suing to get the list of questioned names. Can we say "caging lists"?

Here's an article - it's kind of a mixed bag. Again, I don't know how it will end, and think that it has the potential to be concerning, but it's not clear voter suppression.
