Man, this post is dated. Here's my most recent one, anyway, which damn near did me in on Thursday night with my 35-lb'er:
20 two-arm swings 20 snatches (10 each arm) 20 ballistic stretches (10 each leg) 20 "shrimp rolls" (bjj-style core exercise I came up with) 40 crunches/sit-ups (alternating btw sets) (completed 3x in 15:00)
Repeated after 10:00 break, but with lateral pulls from one-handed push-up position instead of shrimp rolls; completed almost 3x in 15:00. Collapse, weep, shower, fall asleep at computer an hour before usual.
What's a snatch/windmill? This is Luke, by the way.
Yes, it's quite dated. I haven't been on here in forever, but since I've started using kettlebells again in a big way I think I'll start posting again. Wow, that set sounds awful, I'll try it tomorrow.

That pistol is fucked up.
I started doing lightweight windmills to fix my back, I've had lower lumbar damage since high school wrestling, and it has helped alot. I plan on starting using this more to chart my progress.
Also, I didn't mean it to seem like you were challenging me, it just seems like a brutal way to challenge myself, although considering how I'm feeling today I may just do some snatch breathing ladders and call it a day.

They're great for core exercise.
Are lateral pulls from a one-handed pushup position basically rows from a pushup position?
Thanks for the advice, and this terrible challenge that will probably kill me.
