I love summer. I woke up at noon today, ate, and went back to bed until 3:30. Then I went on the intarweb, and stumbled on a few cool things.

Weren't the pulp covers at Strand for Ian Fleming books?

I would have remembered if I had seen Moby Dick cover before. The pulp covers at Strand were definitely for the James Bond series.

You have no idea how awesome that singer was. He was SO adorable. He sang a lady song and put on a feather boa. He made all the old people and kids scream, "Scheiße!" at his cue for a song. He even had suspenders! He was really really awesome. I must look him up; I think his name is Daniel Isengard?
