When I feel like that, I just have to forget about the past and what I've done/eaten. Just think about the moment you're in now... and in that moment stick to your plan. That always seems to help me focus & take control..
yeah i really need to start thinking like that, 'cause when i get down about something obv i want to eat more and that's just not gunna get me anywhere. yeah 7 lbs isn't that much, i just need to get my head sorted! thanks for the advice anyway xx
lol can you help me :( what is a stone or whatever as a measurement? cuz i always hear it being referred to like 3 stone 6 stoned whatever. and i have no idea what everyone means by it *blush.
i think it's probably just because i'm English and we tend to say how much we weigh in stones and pounds for example 7 stone 11 pounds instead of like 130 pounds or whatever. anyway 14 lbs makes up a stone, so there is 7 lbs in half a stone. etc etc, i hope thats cleared it up a bit! i'm shit at explaining. xx
