It looks like he was trying to build this, gave up a fourth of the way through, began to make this, and then stuck a reclining chair in the middle of it. It is all splashed with horrendously

I hate when it looks like you don't need your coat, and then you step outside and it's freezing cold. That just isn't fair, because you even stopped to think about it--and made the decision that it was fine. And then you were wrong, and you are stuck being cold all day.

Me too! That happens to me all the time! One thing the other countries don't have on me is absolutely crazy weather. England's consistently rainy, Russia is consistently cold, but me? One day it's 70 and sunny, the next it's 50 and cold, and then it's 40 and raining and then it goes back up so it's humid!

There are always ghosts. An abundance of them is a sign of Rail Tracer activity! And, you know about that situation.

This one is called the Phantom. I've seen him a couple of times, and he says he's not evil and that he actually fights evil ghosts. I don't trust that, of course, but since he has yet to make his move, I may as well use his willingness to help--whether it's genuine or, more likely, a part of a ploy--to use him for good. And warm water is definitely good.

Oh don't worry, I don't trust this ghost kid as far as I can throw him! And I can't throw him at all because he's a ghost! I'm bringing Japan over to keep control of him, since he's got all sorts of experience with spirits and creepiness and I don't really have any of my anti-ghost stuff here.

But, I really really want hot water, and I don't know anyone living who can fix it, and who knows, maybe this ghost kid has one foot in the afterlife and needs to perform a good deed to pass on, so fixing the Marshall water heater is his good deed and he can finally get into heaven!
