Depends. If you take away an electron, the net charge becomes positive. Unless it's from a negatively charged ion, it which case it might be neutral.

Probably not. But I figured, hey, I've been around the block with pills, can't be any worse than that century I thought turpentine was quality medicine. Someone has got to take the heroic step into figuring out what's in these, and by golly I am just the kind of guy to make that sacrifice!

And if by some chance these pills turned out to be Thorazine or morphine, well, I would be the first to know.
