Question to everyone. Amy I the only one that has heard of sending thank you note to businesses that give you an interview for a job? I had a discussion with someone today who not only had never heard of it, the said it sounded like "sucking up". Of course you send a thank you note, if at all possible. Furthermore, you should also offer to give oral to as many people as possible in the thank you note. You should state so explicitly, preferably with photographic evidence of you giving oral. In lieu of a cock, I'd recommend that you use phallic object like a dildo (not a vibrator, as you might crack a tooth and cracked teeth in the front are not signs of a good fellatist), a banana (as you can eat it after you suck it off, which is not recommended for a dildo, might give the wrong impression), or perhaps a baseball bat (to show that you can swallow a donkey if necessary).

Your friend, who happens to be a shit scooper, should stick to scooping shit and not worry about what the big boys and girls do when they apply for real jobs. What a douche.

Laterz. I'm pooped and just ate ostrich!!! I had a foodgasm.

I've heard of it. The rule is to send a thank you note to every person you interviewed with at a company thanking them for their time and the opertunity to speak with them regarding the position. I've done it, but I do have to say as someone who's now done the interviewing it is a bit old fashioned and no one does it so it could seem like sucking-up to someone who's never heard of it. However it's a much much better way of reminding them of your interested than calling and asking if they had filled the possition and if you were still a candidate, which tends to just be annoying.

yup i've heard of it too. but with the turn around time on some interview now, it's hard. i.e. I intervied monday, had a second interview yesterday, and I will know if i get the job tomorrow.... so that doesn't leave much in the way of TIME to send snail mail...

now... if you could do the same in e-mail..... so much faster, get with the technological age people!

now, in response to Parker: WTFOMFGROFLBBQXYZ! I almost fell out of my chair laughing. *two thumbs up*

furthermore... why can't we just interview with employers thru AIM. Talk about time saving! ;-)
