My boyfriend (bf) and I drove over to Leavenworth to do our laundry because his dryer is broken and we both need to do a wash. On the way, on a dark road in the countryside someone coming the other direction flashed their lights at us. Bf said "he was telling us there is a cop ahead, look" and we kept driving, came over a slope and there was a car
