X-trainer - 15mins, level 3, speed 10. Didn't mean to go that speed but kind of got into a rhythm. Think I'm going to be paying for it tomorrow lol.
Floor work - 3 reps of 15 sit ups, 10 leg lifts and 30second Plank.
Rower - Only managed 1500m as my back and knee were starting to ache :(
