It was indeed a weak one. *pities you* He wrote ass as "a**". . . how sad. One's first flame should be something ugly and nasty and absolutely vitrolic, not with something with censored swear words.
By the way, your fic was wonderful. I love the fact that it's both very light and cute, and at the same time it does show the unbalance that is Sirius - the desire for everything to be right, his disregard, and his rather tragic sense of humor. It read like J.K.'s Sirius, so grand job!
rivir signed the comment "jacob." :D although the account is supposedly shared by two people.
and danke, nate. :) i like wild-fanon-smuttiness. GOOD wild smuttiness. trouble is there's hardly any out there ("unrequited love, fumbling admission, generic, poorly-written sex, BOOM" doesn't quite work for me). and i don't/can't/don't know how/am afraid to write it. i m n evol ho.
Them not doing it is a zillion times sexier than them doind it.
you know, it's really odd. before i ever discovered beatles slash (and god, did i ever want to discover it), i read a whole hell of a lot of gen. that stuff was just as poorly written as most of the slash out there today, but i enjoyed it because it managed to be more homoerotic than the majority of fics i've read in which john and paul are blowing each other. if you can believe it. :D
i love love love ust, only i hardly ever find any. and i prefer for there to be explosive sequels. IFYAKNOWWHATIMEAN.

pity, though, i don't think the flame was big enough to light a stick of incense, much less toast a marshmallow.
thank you. :D

and thanks for reading! i'm glad you read other things in to it besides the surface-cutesy. i'd hate to have my jeen-yuss go unnoticed. ;)

Which isn't surprising, because she admits to loving HP smut.
And this is anything but. It's subtle and tender, and it showcases the bond S/R have. The kind that's pure instead of the wild-fanon-smuttiness.

OH WAIT. I read a really nice one filled with unresolved sexual tension. Sigh. I love UST. For me, it's way better than smut.
