So, there is a thought that's been keeping me awake and keeping me from concentrating and even encroaching on my ability to relax and enjoy reading; that thought is this...what's next for me?

I don't have any intention of leaving my current job.  I mean I love it here, I want to come to work every day.  But, I wonder...what is next for me?  I mean
