Three ideas for expanding the Marvel Cinematic Universe that will not let me sleep until I've written them down for posterity.
1) Ready, AIM, fire!Just because their boss bought it in Iron Man 3 doesn't mean the Advanced Ideas Mechanics is dead, far from it in fact. Being forced underground following their exposure as something less than legal

2) Can't say I agree with you here. I have to admit I'm fond of Janet as she is (and enjoy her EMH persona); sometimes a superhero can just be a good, enthusiastic person who's no more special or noble than the next, no more called to a higher responsibility or blessed/cursed with a destiny than the person across the kitchen table. Sometimes they receive powers and do good with them because they're nice people who'd otherwise be nice-but-normal fashion designers or socialites. Janet is... refreshing. Especially within the Avengers crowd.
3) I like it! Especially given it merges even more of the Lee/Ditko origin with the animated movie from a few years back (which also beefed up Wong's role/backstory/importance). But I'd happily pay cash money for a Doctor Strange book written by your good self, so no surprises there.

2) Oh, I understand that completely and generally agree (especially with my out-right aversion to chosen ones and hero's journeys). What this stems more from is this: name a A-C List, non-X-Men Marvel superheroine who's not a distaff counterpart of a male hero or who otherwise gets their powers due to a male character's actions/generosity. Heck, name a female comicbook character who's created some technological device or concept that has had a significant impact on their continuity. It bugs me that this is quite hard to do and this was one way I saw of readjusting the balance in an adaptation.
3) ....no. No, I can't. Too many other books to write at the moment. Maybe one day though...
