I can see why people would love Clois, but I love Brois because it confuses people and makes them go o_O I find they're similar to why I started to like Batman, which was just to spite my Superman-fan brother. When we saw Bruce and Lois together in World's Finest, I was able to point at them and laugh at my brother who was just so upset that his Superman wasn't with the woman of his dreams. xD I'm a jerk.
Ack! Mal and Inara. *sighs* They were so fun to watch. And I think what he did for her in "Shindig" was sweet and made me feel all gross and mushy inside. Haha. And I don't get Mal/Kaylee, either. :P I love their relationship strictly as portrayed on the show, but I don't see them being romantic. Blegh.
And you don't make Bale cry! Ever! :P ;)

While I see where you're coming from with Brois v. Clois, I am definitely a firm Clois person. I kind of hate what Smallville and the movies have done with them, but I love their relationship in S:TAS, Lois & Clark: TNAOS, and selected portions of the comics... It really depends on who's writing and what era it's in. Just as some people can do it really wrong, some people have done it SO RIGHT. This is one of those times:

I see what you mean about Laurie. *sigh* But I read the book a gazillion years ago for school and don't really remember much of it, so sadly Christian Bale is fresher in my mind and hinders my judgment. Hahaha!
