The caution and consideration for others is quite appreciated, my dear. I am sure the unfortunate man can be restored. Until then, if you feel lonely or, perhaps, would like something to drink or eat... do not hesitate to ask.

I am glad to see that it can be easily fixed. Unless your guests are easily frightened, I think a veil would be all that is necessary for me to be able to emerge, if such a thing could be obtained easily. Just enough to cover my face. My pets can guide me somewhat, if I must use something thickly opaque, but it would be far more useful to me if it were thin enough for me to see through.
