REALSIDE

Napoleon Bonaparte || handinwaistcoat || Guess I'll have a battle scar after all!

Even though Evie still doesn't know precisely what a "clone" is, she can still appreciate Napoleon's charming demeanour and loyalty to the people he knows. She sort of wishes she knew more about future technology to engage him about it.

Mark Meltzer || paper_knight || Hey. Don't make that face. You don't have accept it.

Evie likes Mark. He's sensible and studious, can navigate the library with unprecedented ease (or so she likes to think), and provides wonderful scholarly - and recreational - company. It's a pity about his daughter; the poor man deserves more happiness than the mansion is willing to give him.

Nagi || notursalvation || Be careful. Most things and people here are harmless, but not all.

Mister Owl is a very enigmatic man from the future (apparently), with a strange voice that sort of unsettles her. He is, however, always quite kind and seems pleased to see Evelyn. She gets the feeling that his own world was very cruel to him.

Philip LaFresque || sadfreezingbrit || I think I'm... I'm glad to be here.

Philip is hard to describe, mostly because Evelyn can't quite pinpoint her feelings on him. She likes him very much, that's obvious. They have wonderful conversations, he knows so much about films, he's one of the few people she's comfortable being vulnerable around, and...she worries that she might be romanticizing too much, but for now she's going to enjoy everything about Philip because he is a wonderful person and altogether too preoccupied with his headvoice.

Clarence || nowifiwereyou || Go on, give that rum-soaked brain of yours a run for its money.

Frankly, Clarence terrifies Evie. He plays Philip uncomfortably well and Evelyn would very much like to never meet him again.

James Potter || pottershotter ||

James is sweet. Ridiculously exuberant and mischievous, but sweet. To be honest, Evie would like to study wizard-lore in detail while she can, and would like to figure out how all those spells work and IS THERE SCIENCE BEHIND THEM?

Santana Lopez || itsahotone || Whatever turns you on, Cleopatra.

Santana Lopez, on the one hand, is a scandalous young woman with outlandish clothing and little to no sense of propriety. On the other hand, she did provide Evelyn with some valuable advice about using time wisely and taking chances, so that has to count for something. Maybe.

Sherlock Holmes || do_ur_research || Well, you're a capable woman. You can no doubt handle yourself and the situation.

Holmes is quite the character, and practically everything that Evelyn expected him to be. His condescension can get a bit grating at times, but dealing with Sherlock means having the patience of a saint and humouring him enough so that he doesn't get too big a head. All in all, stimulating discussions and amusing company.

Terezi Pyrope || turn4bout || You smell like sand and mysteries.

Just as terrible as her Redglare moniker implies, Terezi made a piteously poor first impression by biting Evelyn on her very first day. She has unfortunately made Evelyn a little too wary of the trolls in the mansion, now, for fear of receiving the same treatment. That hurt, you know.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LOOKING GLASS

Mirror!Philip || britchillsout || Fun? If I wanted fun I'd be bending my fiancé over a table right now.

Go. Away.

Mirror!Santana || itsacoldone || Oh, I love nooks!

Saintana is very sweet. Sensible, if a bit skittish, Evelyn is of the opinion that they could become fast friends if it wasn't for that whole "mirror" thing separating them.

ALREADY GONE

Daniel || blimeyjamwalls || It's a little like seeing into the future.

Daniel was rather sweet and gallant, even if his fashion sense was about a century behind. Evie is really going to miss the academic discourse with a colleague in the same profession as she. She can only hope he went someplace better.

Goss (and Subby) || wondershit || We wouldn't want your pretty self to have any nightmares...or get murdered.

Good riddance. Creeper.

Kura || gotyourhair || We want you to be ours.

There is really very little that Evelyn can say about the "Emperor," save for the fact that he was a conceited, self-centered man on an ego-trip, and she would rather have associated with anyone else as an alternative. Anyone.

Miguel || kch_kch || I find adventure attractive in a lady.

Miguel was a simply wonderful person with a splendidly excitable demeanour, and it was nice to get some advice on romance from him when he was still around. She's going to miss him.
