Now that both Harry and Ron are out of the Hospital, things around here seem to be somewhat back to normal. Of course, the two of them have a mound of homework to do and, as always, are slacking off and are waiting until this weekend to do it. Though, I think they forget that Ron and I are scheduled to take our apparition test on the twentieth. ( Read more... )

There is no need for you to concern yourself with Blaise's well-being, Granger. I can assure you that he is being properly cared for.

I am, in no way, shape, or form concerned about his well-being, I was merely stating that his face looks as if the knight bus ran over it and that he should get it healed before and scarring or permanent damage sets in.

As if you did not have anything to do with way his face currently looks.

Are you suggesting that I would have been able to ward Harry from going? Especially after what Zabini did?

Healing spells is not my best subject. Draco, though, is quite talented

What a convenient time to be gracious, Granger. After the war hero has done his level best to smash me to pieces against a dungeon wall.

What did you think he was going to do when he finally discovered what happened?

Entirely besides the point.

Then what is your point, Zabini?

If Ron fails it'll be his own fault. He should know well enough that mum and dad won't be impressed either. 12 Galleons and he's still as lazy as ever about it.

He needs some sort of motivation, it seems, and his girlfriend is only being a distraction during the lessons so perhaps that has something to do with it?

Well, now that he's had a brush with death he might think things through better

Must you bring that up, Ginny?

Yeah, I know. Ron's more behind than I am though, he might need some help catching up. Luckily I didn't miss any classes. Not from lack of trying.

How'd what go?

There's nothing he can do between now and the twentieth though. The instructor isn't planning to come back before the tests. I suppose you should tell him that the best thing he can do is to relax and remember everything he's learned.

Your meetings last night, particularly the one with Professor Dumbledore.

I guess. Wish I could do the test now myself, though I'm probably not ready for it.

I suppose I should work harder at getting it.

It won't be long until it's summer and you'll be able to take it yourself.

Well, you've got the perfect opportunity to get it now, especially since the thing with Ron happened. Use a bit of persuasion and tap into how guilty he feels about what happened.
