I seriously doubt they will expect you to know anything about a job that is not yours. Just make sure you're able to speak clearly and coherently about your website and what it is you're trying to do with it, and what ways you do interact with the projects, and I think you'll be fine.

Thank you a lot alessandriana! It ended up going well. As you said, my boss didn't expect me to explain stuff that is not my job, so I survived. :) Have a good weekend!

If you've got a good relationship with your boss, try asking your boss what you should focus on for this meeting.

In terms of this kind of "introducing new person to staff", it can help if you have a nice clear explanation of what you do. ("I'm the primary person in charge of the website, working with [whoever else] about content." or whatever applies to you.)

If you're concerned that the new boss may not think you're busy enough/involved enough, it might help you to either have some notes on how you spend your time, or talk to your immediate boss about projects you could get involved with, depending on the priorities of your organisation and the new boss. That way, if the new boss raises any questions, you're ready with something like "I haven't done much on [project] so far, but I have [this skill] and [that skill] that [boss] and I thought might be helpful." or "I'm glad to help on any of these projects, but [particular project] might be the best use of my skills and fit best with keeping up the website."

Thank you so much jenett! I really appreciate your help. It ended up going well. I told her what I do (develop and maintain the website etc) and I think she got me. :)
