This is presumptious, but were you a Bloomington or an Indianapolis SLIS student? I'm with you on the Wodehouse/Rowling duel (Wodehouse every time.)

Added you too :) I was an Indy student, although I dated a guy who graduated from SLIS in Bloomington, and met a few of his friends (not that I remember any of them now!)

hey-- i'm a friend of spk's...just saw your user icon- did you get engaged?!?!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! the ring is gorgeous and looks quite similar to mine...is it from kays? :)

Yep, I'm engaged to david_itman, and we're getting married in a week and a half!! My ring came from Friedman's, although we did look at Kays first. :) I haven't been posting much lately since I've been so busy, but I added you to my friends-list, so you can see the little that's there :)

hi there! I was doing a search for christian fiction under interests and your name was listed as someone with the same interest. After further investigation, I found out you are a librarian. My dream job. Too bad a person has to have a masters. That's what I've been saying. I also saw you are in Indy. My hometown :) I grew up in Indy and worked for the I-MCPL for a long time. Then switched to the RLML. I worked as a page at the public library and then moved up in the library world to a Clerk II. Then I got a job at the Med Lib. in admin and then ended up in ILL. I loved working in the library and miss it. I read, A LOT and one of my entries actually keeps track of all the books I am reading. I've been tracking what I read for a few years now. Anyway, I am gonna friend you. Just wanted to say hi.
