I never thought of having a sewing buddy. What a neat idea. It kind of meshes with what I used to say about friends having more quality time when they work together on something--rather than just being entertained or sitting around eating goodies. :-)

Well yes, since friendship is often based on common interests, in my case that often leads to projects!

:) but I will say that a movie night with friends is not to be underestimated either...

Been doing too much traveling lately, I need a month at home before I even think about taking off for a weekend, after this weekend's trip!

and you're just a wee bit far for a weekend...that doesn't involve planes.

Also since this is the first I've heard of chocolate I think it's safe to assume it did not make it.
