Go go Gojira!
First day with the new puppy Gojira!
The puppy is here! Poe it taking lots of pics and video. I didn't even know our digital camera could do video! Heh.
Puppy is playful and social.
And very, very fluffy!
She immediately came up to see me and say "Hi!" :)
Later in the day Poe was not feeling well. Detoxing all the stress leading up to this taking it toll.
She rested in the living room (dark with just the TV) while I kept a eye on the puppy.
I put her in the kennel each time I left the room. She did NOT like that. Yipping and whining.
I was in and out a lot, doing chores and such. So I left her out in the room. She did fine and was quiet.
I cleaned out her carrier. Poe had cleaned it at the airport, but it needed to be wiped out with natures miracle. I wiped it down and put in a puppy pad. She used it almost at once.
I put another pad down in the spot she had gone earlier. She used that without fail for the rest of the day.
Paper training seems to be done. :)
There was one point where I put her in the kennel for a while and she was really scared. Shaking and upset.
So i say at Poe's computer with the puppy in my lap like a cat. She settled down right away. We both wound up napping like that for a bit.
She did seem a bit warm. I filled up gryphon's water bucket so Gojira could drink for it as well.
Thirsty puppy! But after that see seemed cooler. :)
She hung out with me while I played on the computer.
I was a bit concerned about be time.
If I put her in the kennel alone she would cry.
I could put her in there with Gryphon, but at some point she would make a mess.
I put a folded towel down by the head of the bed, left the kennel open and went to bed. She cured up on the towel and went to sleep. :)
She napped and played and occasion cam buy to say Hi! But was well behaved.
Poe and Gyrphon came to be later.
Gyrphon was good, sleeping on the floor. A quiet, uneventful night.
The puppy did bark when she heard movement outside the door. Sacred puppy!
And she barked at me this morning when I came back from my shower - Who are you!!
But settled down, recognizing me as soon as I got dressed.
