Yard Work / House
There is still a lot to do
To get final inspection and close out the permits:
*Cap off the electrical
*Redo Garage Door(s)
*Self-closing gate or other code required spa security
To finish the Library demolition:
*Pull down last board from garage trim (I will have grind / cut off the nails - I can't pull them out!)
*Grind down bolts in the back slab.
*Ger rid of remaining lumber
*Outdoor outlets, yard lights.
Yard work:
*get rid of remaining concrete rubble.
*Rake and mow
*Clean and repack between the garages
*Put away the lingering Halloween stuff
*Tidy up the firewood
*Repair and adjust sprinklers
*Flowerbed boarders
*trim front hedge
*clean off roof
Yard Projects:
*Dog run
*Replace fence and gates in Halloween row
*clean out driveway cabinet.
*remove / redo driveway cabinet?
*New driveway gate(s)?
*redo, expand stepping stone path.
*stacking block retaining wall along tree path.
*Have old, unused wiring from pole to house removed.
*trim tree - remove dead wood, clear path for wires.
*Yard lighting
*Paths, grass, and ground cover for back yard (no raw dirt)
*Level yard around tree
