The Ending - again

More musings on the end of the final episode, and the end credits.

Okay, I finally went back and watched the end of the final episode again. I noted this time that Jack actually had his gun out before Frost did, so I imagine it was Frost who got shot.
But watching Rowe, he had one arm around the shopping bag, and the other hand went into his pocket and brought out the lighter, which he was holding to his mouth at the time of the stabbing. The knife seemed to be pretty much right in the middle of his back, so unless he had some kind of odd pocket in the back of his coat that the picture was in, or it was for some reason tucked into the waistband of his pants... there was no blood on Rowe, though.
And also, since they managed to save Noelle (who was bleeding), Jack may have been able to save Rowe too, if he was actually injured.
The car in the bit after the credits has the same number plate as the car that was blown up, but I've noticed in many spy films that cars seem to have magical regenerative properties or something... also, it may have been possible to get a new car and have the license plate transferred.
But Jack seems to be fine, and Claire didn't die, so there'd be no reason for them all to be in the 'afterlife'.

I'm probably being over analytical, now, but that's just me. I should go write some fics or something. *laugh*
