I totally approve of the "arrogant" (aka "confident") mode of scientific conduct. It's really a good way to get people to listen.

And in your case, it's probably justified. :)

"confident" - that is probably a better word to be using.

That means a lot coming from a person published in Science. :>

anyways, yes! i will be in NYC Feb 22nd-25th. Defintely call me to hang out. Also, you and Ginny (and whomever else) might be interested, it's members' opening weekend for the orchid show at the New York Botanical Garden. PJ and myself can get all of our guests in for free..... it has always been a beautiful show.

I was at the Brooklyn Museum as well on Saturday!!! Checking out the Mueck exhibit. It was cool.

I have been fermenting my own Kombucha for awhile now, it has done unbelievable things for me. I have 3 fermenters going and about 10 SCOBY's. If you ever need one let me know, I go to NYC all the time. I have pictures of the set up on my LJ.
