Well, before talking about sex I'd have to go into Kimimaro's thought processes on touching in general. Very simply, he doesn't like it. He thinks any non-violent, non-aggressive acts of contact are an invasion of personal space, so he's incredibly put off when people touch him, or express the desire to touch him. There are exceptions to this, and those would be the people who Kimi sees as higher than him, or alternatively, people he sees as being near his level (this basically translates to "those people that can tell me what to do" and "that one person at camp that I actually like"), which means that they can do whatever they want to him, and he won't complain. These are also the only people Kimimaro is willing to touch in return, and only then, after he gets some sort of signal that reciprocation is allowed or wanted. He's kind of very retarded.
All this means sex would only ever occur with someone he's willing to take orders from, because it is highly unlikely that Kimimaro would ever instigate something of
( ... )
P.S. He would probably be the most boring lay ever. You'd have to tell him to do stuff. "Kimimaro, this is the part where you have to make noises." "Oh, okay."
Youji does think Rey is similar to him. This is one of the reasons he likes Rey so much, actually, because there's someone he can relate to, which rarely ever happens to him.
It's mostly the matter of creation. Youji and Natsuo grew up as the precious little experiment boys of a mad scientist with some issues, and they were privately trained (...I think), which led to having little to no interaction with anyone else. Once they started fighting, it was obvious that they were different from the other teams/pairs, and that they were superior. So Youji got a bit of a complex where he thought that people created the way Zero was were obviously superior. And Rey, who is a clone and has a partner of sorts (the way Youji understands it) is similar to them, which is immediate ground for acceptance

At first, I wasn't going to, because Loveless' mangaka was quite possibly tripping on LSD while writing the databook, and it was so random and made very little sense. So we were all laughing at it on IRC, and making all these "Kio's wife!" jokes, and things were cool
( ... )
Despite Youji's belief that he holds ownership over 4 or 5 people, there's only 2 people that he would want to take home. These two people are Ari and Rey. And this is mostly because these are the two that present no direct threat to how things work back home. People like Ken or Swift that would try to change things about the Zero boys' beliefs, but Ari and Rey are basically... well, they're safe. Ari is easily intimidated and can be kept in line well enough, and Rey is like them to the point where Youji feels it would be no issue.
If he took someone home, it would be a continuation of his concept of ownership. Ari and Rey would essentially be seen as their pets and toys; something to play with when the mood strikes, but not something that's overly important. And, you know, since it's Youji's territory, he'd probably expect them to fetch him things and do stuff for him. Ari probably would just be slave again.
