Yes, salsa for sure! I <3 tomatillo salsa. I also suspect many salads and a carrot slaw.

Seconding a delicious fresh salsa. Salsa is easier than pie to make!

The internet says kohlrabi tastes like broccoli stems, which sounds pretty good to me.

Guess I will need to make many burritos or black bean & rice dishes for the salsa. shoot. :) I'm sure the kohlrabi will be good. I'm just intimidated!
