Yesterday, we went to Hershey Park. My mom's company was sponsoring the day, so we got cheap tickets. We almost did not get to go, because my mom waited almost to the deadline to pay and they only accept cashier's checks. (I guess Verizon employees give a lot of bad checks ( Read more... ) -

So yesterday, we get a call from my grandmother that the yard is on fire. It turns out that a truck hit an electric pole knocking it down. There were electrical lines everywhere and some small fires started. Luckily, they were put out soon. More Cancer
I found out on Tuesday that my Grandfather in Missouri has lung cancer. He's current having chemotherapy. My dad said they found it "early" and that it was "small." When we talked to my grandmother, she said it's also in his lymph nodes, so he's at least at stage 3, and that he's lost his appetite. He also has blood clots. I hope he can beat ( Read more... ) -

We found out that it is breast cancer and that it has spread. She is going to be starting hormone therapy, but she has to stay at Hopkins for another week, since the medication can mess with her mania treatment. The doctors are having a meeting today to discuss treatment options ( Read more... ) -
Update on my grandmother
My grandmother was released from the hospital last Tuesday, after 10 days in the hospital. She's been having trouble with hallucinations. They're not certain what is causing it. She tested positive for lupus, but they said that isn't the cause of it. Rob and I watched her last night. She was talking throughout the night; I only got about three ( Read more... ) -
Cancer?
My grandmother is in the hospital. They don't know what is causing her symptoms yet, but they think it's cancer. They found a lump in one of her breasts and she is going to have a biopsy today or tomorrow. I hope they find whatever it is and are able to fix it. -
