Look like I'll be getting a house for my birthday!!! (Hopefully) The bank who actually owns the house (as it is a foreclosure) still has to approve the offer... then after approved by the bank we have 10 days to do the inspection. I hope it all goes through! I'm getting awesome decor ideas... it's bad.

We put an offer on a house in Broadripple, three blocks from the Monon Trail and walking distance from Broadripple Ave. It's a charming Arts and Crafts style home built in 1920 with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.
