Yes, it's that time again. Not the 'Lid'l is bitchy because of PMS' time, but the 'damn you work for being such a royal pain' time. I'm officially discontented now. I'm supposed to do stuff I don't like because a coworker is leaving and there is no room for me to develop myself in the company (in the areas I would like to develop). If this leaving colleague is closing the door on your personal ambitions you should get on the lookout for something else. Meanwhile, bitch, rant and nag all you want. It helps getting rid of negative energy.

Hm, I'm not sure. The door isn't locked, it's still cracked. But I'm not entirely sure if I like the room beyond, you know?

Hmz that complicates matters. I've also just seen your more recent post. Isn't there a vertrouwenspersoon you can talk to? Bigger businesses should have one, usually it's an HR assistant.

Just don't let it take over your life. A job simply isn't worth that.
