So apparently the outdoor mall place is called the Spectrum.  Other than Pink Berry, it has a number of really cool eateries and stores and expensive things.
Some people in the program found an awesome Bobba (Bubble) tea place close to campus, too.

So today is the first day of my graduate studies program at Concordia in Irvine, CA. I'm in-between classes now, and had a few thoughts. Contrary to the title of this post, I do like it here. 25 days until I leave for California for the Summer. Here's the kicker: It looks like I might be interning with Scholastic in China. Because of when I'd have to start my training, I will only be home in VA for about a week until I leave for China for at least 12 months.
