This is a press conference from March, around a test match between Germany and Argentina. Maradona refuses to take his seat on the podium because he does not recognise new German player Thomas Müller and takes him for a ball boy. Müller actually has to leave and comes back after Maradona is gone. One of the two has manners.

Did you see crazy Maradona looking like he was going to jump into the stands after the match. His daughter had to pull him back from going into a pile of German fans, lol.

Wow, I missed that. Here, they were mostly focusing on the German team frolicking around like happy children.

Those German fans probably would have taunted them, I guess? Not nice. Poor man was downcast enough.

No, I am sure the fans taunted him, I recall signs in the crowd in German saying "Goodbye Maradona" during the match. They knew how to push his buttons and they got the reaction they wanted. Although not really a coach more than an inspirational leader, Maradona made this WC unique to say the least
