I'll be on a sidetrip for a short while, a bit of alone time should do me some good as well.
I was quite aware that I was better off staying home this summer. My arm is still fairly swollen and my concentration on schoolwork has been going downhill since i first got here.
I couldn't even preform a complete scouring spell on the spoiled book i accidentally ruined of Fakir's. I was completely certain i could do at least that much, Father would've been absolutely disgusted with me.
My Father was one of the most intelligent of students around, how is it that I was cursed with this lack of perfection?
How is it that that damned Fakir hardly has to even practice and his spells will be preformed with excellence? He doesn't deserve it like I do. Absolutely NOT!
I hardly wish to purchase a clean copy of Fakir's book in apology for my weak spots in spells, it's merely so Fakir has no reason to use thoughts of violence against me again.
I am not weak.
If there's anything I should pick up while I'm away, I'll be sure to be aware of it.
