Since I'm on a fairly limited time schedule and I don't think I want to drive 7 hours each way... going to look into flying to Atlanta from new job location. It will be $230 including fees but before taxi fare to and from the departing airport. I might also run into someone sympathetic who might drop me off Thursday night, so that could be doable ( Read more... )

I'm still thinking of flying too, mostly because I don't think I can pull off the 6 hour drive each way. My car definitely can't. I know going by plane will likely wind up taking just as much time, but it's not time I need to spend paying attention the entire way.

Hey, if you want to come any earlier, you can always crash at my apartment...which is right near a Marta station (the one that's one up from the Airport station).
