Why, at 9pm at night, does it take 25 minutes worth of waiting for a tech support agent to take care of a 9 minute phone call? I mean, seriously, if your tech support company on the East Coast has trouble managing their call volume at late times of the day, TIME TO GET ANOTHER LOCATION. I've worked for tech support.
