I got two chicken breasts and boiled them in water until they were cooked, and removed them from the water and shredded them into bite sized pieces. I then reduced the heat of the water and put in a handful of green beans and cooked them, then removed them. I preheated the oven to 400 degrees, put some tomato sauce on the whole wheat pitas, then the chicken, then some red, yellow, and orange peppers I chopped up, chopped up the green beans, then a little bit of cheese on top. They were really filling, Craig had 2, and Brandon and I each had one a piece. They're really good heated up the next morning too. Loaded with veggies and low-fat chicken, and it's quick and easy. :)
