I don't know about most daughter/mother relationships, but my mom is always worried about how happy I am. I really don't know how she thinks sometimes, but it nice to know that she 'worries' about how happy she thinks I should be

My dear, I feel for you. Although my problem is with my mother and school; I DO feel for you! I wish that my mother would just harrass me about my relationship rather than school. It's so frusterating trying to convince your mother that an 80% is a good mark for a university seminar course. I know that she wants me to do well but for crying out loud, just accept the 80% as a good mark and leave me alone! Arg! I'm 24 and I still have fights with my mother about grades! And she still nags me to study and write reports! Arrrgggg!

I think the problem is just mothers in general.... but without them, who would always be in our corner?
