Is it really possible to get a migraine in your EAR? I mean, REALLY? These shooting pains into the back of my left ear - I don't want them, I'm just not having it. I get the pain in my nose, that makes sense. Sinus pressure blah blah. And in my neck. Tension. And in my eyes, that's just classic migraine pain. But my EAR. Yes, I get migraines in my right ear whenever the barometric pressure drops, and I've never pierced *anything*.
