Ok, the one good thing about being at home, away from all the work shoveled at your face in a place called college, is that you get a chance to finally sit down and do whatever you want. She just talked about her career & she got to choose the videos. She picked 'God lives Underwater','Jesus & Mary Chain' & some other good ones. She said when she was writing the film she wrote the part for Bill Murray & that if when she asked him to do it,if he declined she wasn't going to make the film!She also said she pulled some strings to get Kevin Shields [My Bloody Valentine] to procuce the soundtrack, she said she wanted that 'Dreamy feeling that My Bloody Valentine had when she was younger' she said it was cool to see them work because of their creative process and that they worked at night. They also played a video she was in for the chemical brothers, & she said she hated doing it, [she did gymnastics in the vid] but that she did it for them as a favor. I didn't really catch all of it, jus tlike the second half.

Oh wow, thanks for the summary. That must have been awesome to watch. And yes, I actually have that Chemical Bros video of Sofia. Spike said that he had to hire a massager afterwards heh

Ah! Forget everyone else! Get the DVD for yourself! Seriously, it's sooo good. The 40min documentary alone is worth it! Pleeeease. Go get it. You won't regret!

dude im in the same boat. Terra was letting me store all my overflow from my cramped xplosive subdomain at her place, but she's shutting down so now i have nowhere to house my new collages. i also wanted a host for a couple other things, i'm making a collective but i solved where to put that, but i eventually wanted to redo my old blog and move outta lj, so i'm looking for a host for that. right now though i just really need a place to house my overflow so if you find a viable option, let me know okay?

guess i have to reevaluate my site and when i can make cutbacks, simplify, etc. baaah.
