I bet you'd make an A. Except you've kinda got some non-school-appropriate references in there.
Also, you could say that everything/anything is perfect, or that nothing is perfect, or that only God is perfect, or whatever you want, really. It depends upon your definition. I strongly suspect the the idea of "perfection" is relative (a lot would say that's common sense, but in the world of speculation, maybe there is a definitive "perfect". Or maybe everyone imagines the same "perfect" but uses different words to describe it.) Can perfection, even relative perfection, be imagined anyways? All I can say is that I probably couldn't imagine one of my own ideas of "perfection" for something ("something" since you can have different ideas of perfection for different things, or different ideas of perfection for the same thing.)
Heh...me likes. Er. I really want to properly critique, but...I can't think of anything to say. Er. I got a horrible feeling that this is an allegory to, say, TIP, but that's just silly. Right? RIGHT?!
Also, did you mean "outlets" when you said "plugs"? Beause "plugs" are the things that get plugged into outlets. And outlets are the things that get plugs plugged into.
Unless you randomly switched definitions. But if you did, other readers wouldn't get the randomness.
It's pretty awesome. I can actually feel the little chocolate's anxiety and fright. Congratulations on a story well written. Oh, and I applaud your randomness. EMBRACE THE FEATHER!!

Just some minor typos.
Anyways, it's deliciously random. I want to eat it. Like those chocolates.
