I have yet to try it but I know the pub across the street makes Newcastle Beer cheese soup. So I guess its a good mix.

I have heard of beer cheese toast, actually. No idea where, but it makes me think of Roseanne. Doesn't that just seem like something they would eat on that show?

Beer cheese toast is amazing. You can't go wrong with Welsh rarebit. NOM NOM NOM.

Ah so it is good!

It seems to be out of print. Or atleast on amazon I can only find it from sellers not from amazon proper.
