I tried your cheesecake recipe and indeed, it was delicious! It's nearly all gone now though, eep! I put lemon curd on it as a topping and it was yummy. Thankyou very much for the recipe! I think I shall be making it again sometime! :)

I want to make cheesecake, but I've gone vegan recently and all the recipes I can find for vegan cheesecake need things like vegan cream-cheese which are really expensive! :( So, no cheesecake for me.

Also, I'm a Dragon on the Chinese calendar, too!

No cheesecake?! *hugs* You have my sympathies. Maybe one day the vegan cream-cheese will be on offer and you can rejoice and have cheesecake again!

I hope the veganism is going well, being vegan always seemed more logical than being vegetarian to me, though i'm afraid I continue in my carnivorous ways. Still, there are some yummy vegan cafes around which might have cheesecake for dessert, maybe try there?
